We tried the 5-course express lunch menu ($588 + 10%) and were impressed by the light and alluring flavors of the dishes! ✨❤️
1) Yellow pineapple tomatoes with burrata, Japanese mango (kristal caviar +$280)
2) Almond cream with Ebi and razor clams 🦐
3) Quail in miso purée4) Rice caldoso with abalone, chorizo
5) Hibiki creme caramel with milk ice cream - this dessert blew me away! 🍮🍦
